With over 23 years of experience in the semiconductor high-tech industry, including 8 years with a Japanese company where she gained firsthand experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, Brenda has built a solid foundation in process optimization. The majority of her professional experience was gained in Singapore, allowing her to combine deep technical expertise with a passion for helping organizations optimize operations and achieve long-term success.

A licensed Chemical Engineer, Brenda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable experience both in the Philippines and Singapore, building expertise across key areas such as Quality, Operations, Cost Management, Process Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Start ups, Construction and Turnkey, Artificial Intelligence and People Management. This diverse background enables Brenda to understand the complexities of businesses and lead teams in implementing operational improvements that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance project delivery.

As a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an advocate of Lean Manufacturing, Brenda has spent over two decades mastering these methodologies and their tools. She has successfully led numerous high-impact projects from inception to execution, resulting in significant cost reductions, process improvements, and enhanced organizational performance. Her hands-on experience makes her a highly effective coach and mentor, empowering organizations to adopt and apply Lean Six Sigma tools for continuous improvement.

In addition to her technical expertise, Brenda has honed her strategic project management skills, earning a certificate in Strategic Project Management from the prestigious Harvard University Professional & Executive Development Division of Continuing Education Program in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
